Great Gable, featuring Alex Whiteman (vocals), Matt Preen (guitar), Madi Hanley (drums), and Christopher Bye (bass), have experienced a steady, unstoppable rise since their formation at Perth University, where they first began jamming together. Quickly establishing themselves with a dynamic sound and electrifying live performances, the band honed their craft through relentless touring across Australia and New Zealand.
Blending the energy of early 2000s NYC rock with British-inspired indie, Great Gable have carved out a sound that’s distinctly their own. Known for catchy hooks, heartfelt lyrics, and an overall sense of warmth and positivity, their anthemic, feel-good tracks have earned them a rapidly growing and devoted fanbase.
